At Silicone One USA, we work to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $10 or more.

For orders under $10, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify or redirect the shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.
